La Guadalupana Suite
This cozy, yet spacious suite with an ocean view is named not only for the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe, which is across the street, but also for the beautiful wooden carving in the bathroom of La Guadalupana depicting the four times she appeared before the peasant Juan Diego in the early 1500’s. The armoire in the bathroom is from the 19th century and the bathroom sink was installed in a dresser from the early 1900’s. Next to the king size bed is a large 18th century painting of San Francisco de Asis. This suite also has a small dining table.
Please note that this Suite is in an area of the Hacienda joined by a narrow street and down a flight of stairs. It has even closer up views of the Bay and snuggles beside the crowned spire of the Guadalupe Cathedral, Puerto Vallarta’s signature landmark. Its name – Spanish for “The Bells” honors the verdigris chimes tolling nearby.Reservations
