I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hacienda San Angel the week of Feb. 23- March 3rd. The Crown View Suite was absolutely perfect. The food and service was excellent. The setting at the pool each day was quiet and serene. We are use to busy places and the quietness at Hacienda was a nice change. I think we were the only ones at the pool each day which was great! I would like to know about the bed linens as they felt like silk. Will you share with me where you get them? I loved the detail of the crochet alond with the high thread count. Well, we are back to our dogs and missed them much while we were away. Hope yours are well and enjoying the mexican sun. Thanks again Janice for a wonderful stay. You have built a great place that we hope to return to at some point.

First let me apologize that it has taken me this long to write this email. We had our final wedding event last weekend, and I am finally getting a moment to sit down and write thank you notes, and yours is my first. I wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you did on our wedding. The flowers were beautiful, the food delicious, the staff so sweet and the setting was everything I had imagined. You truly made a very special memory for all my friends and family and for that I am very blessed. I would happily recommend your hotel and would love to send you some photos if you would like? Many are talking of an anniversary “reunion” at Hacienda San Angel, so I hope you will have us back.

| Where should I begin? I'm sure that you have heard it all before, however, I still feel compelled to write to you and let you know. As I explained to you during our brief but very interesting conversation with you in the lobby on one evening, I too have been in the hospitality business and worked for both large and very upscale boutique properties and understand the hard work and dedication that is necessary to get the results that you have obviously been able to accomplish. In what is already a unique and beautiful place, Mexico and Puerto Vallarta, you have managed to create a sanctuary like no other. Hacienda San Angel is a piece of paradise. Since our return, Luis and I have not stopped talking to all our friends about it and marveled at the pictures over and over again. Your exquisite attention to the smallest detail: the luxurious linens, the linen robes, the silverware, the porcelain, the fresh cut flowers in our room everyday, the delicious chocolates in that gorgeous silver box, the candles throughout the property, the beautifully bound information booklet in our room and even the beautiful sterling silver keychain. You have thought of everything!!! I won't even mention the obvious, the architecture and incredible antique furnishings. I couldn't believe it when you told me you had designed it all yourself. You have a gift and an eye for beauty and perfection. As I had indicated before our arrival, we were celebrating my birthday and the four days we spent at your property was one of the most memorable vacations and birthdays I have ever had. I am only sorry that I had not made arrangements for a longer stay. I would also like to mention that no matter how beautiful a location can be, one of the biggest factors that can either make a persons stay better or ruin it completely is the staff. Once again, I am sure you have heard it all before however, your staff is one of a kind. From the moment we stepped through the beautiful antique carved wooden doors we were greeted by your wonderful concierge, Oscar Magana. He immediately knew who we were and called us by our names....again, details that go a long way. He was kind, friendly, informative, helpful and answered all of our questions. To think that he has only been working for you for 3 months (I believe that's what he said). He asked us to choose our room and was kind enough to show them both to us, Angel's Dome or Las Cruces. Both are beautiful of course, but as you know, we chose Las Cruces. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking view of the Guadalupe Church and yes.....the bells, those beautiful bells....it was like being in a dream!!! How anyone could not like the sound of those bells!!!! I know you have some other exquisite rooms, however, Las Cruces was a dream come true for us. Then there was sweet Clemente that offered us our margaritas while we were checking in. Throughout our stay he made sure that we were always well taken care of, always with a drink if we so desired, another great employee. Rosita (I think that was her name) that came to do our turn-down service every night was a joy to talk to and so courteous; and finally, Juanita..again, nothing can be said about her that you have not already heard. What a dedicated, loyal employee you have found in her. In closing, I would also like to congratulate you on the purchase of Casa Kimberly. Juanita told us about your upcoming project while we were checking out!!! After having experienced Hacienda San Angel, I can't think of anyone that is more qualified to take on this project that is, as Casa Bursus is, such an integral part of Puerto Vallarta's history and flavor. I wish you all the best in your latest endeavor and can't wait to see the finished product for myself!!! Both Luis and I look forward to the day we can return to your beautiful oasis in the sun. What a find in Villa Bursus! It is difficult to know what to praise first. The space and furnishings are dynamic, and have a wonderful "old world" flair. We spent our last two nights in PV here at the Hacienda, in the San Miguel Suite, and were so pleased to be here. The Hacienda is like a museum, but more beautiful and comfortable. Our suite gave us an amazing view of the mountains surrounding PV, the lights of the town at night, and almost the entire Bay of Banderas. So peaceful and beautiful! And, the location can't be beat--just a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere in PV, fantastic! We'll definitely recommend this to our friends and family, and will return.
