Three swimming pools are available exclusively for guest use.

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.

Private airport transportation can be arranged in advance for your convenience. Rates range from $35 to $55, depending on group size.

Our concierge team is available to help plan and coordinate a variety of excursions and activities in and around Puerto Vallarta, offering local insight to help you experience the very best the region has to offer.
Boxed Lunches
Boxed lunches are available upon request for an additional charge—ideal for excursions or travel days.

Family & Pet Policies
Families
HSA is primarily an adults-only property designed to offer a tranquil, refined atmosphere.
Families with children are welcome to stay during our family season from July through September.
Outside of these dates, exceptions may be made for children aged 15 and older, considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us directly to inquire about eligibility for exceptions.
Pets
We are a pet-friendly property and welcome well-behaved pets under the following guidelines:
Pets must remain with their owners at all times and be properly supervised and cared for.
The concierge and hotel staff are unable to provide supervision or care for pets.
If needed, our concierge will gladly assist in making arrangements for local pet care services.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, so we can best accommodate your stay.
When the unexpected happens
Reservation Policies
We strive to provide a smooth booking experience while maintaining fairness for all guests. Please review the following policies prior to making your reservation.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late checkout requests must be approved and arranged in advance through the concierge.
Unapproved occupancy beyond the scheduled checkout time will result in a charge for an additional night at the prevailing nightly rate.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will incur a 100% charge of the reservation cost.
“No Shows” will be charged the full cost of the reservation and are non-refundable.
Payment & Taxes
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
All room rates are subject to 20% tax (16% VAT + 4% hospitality tax) and a 5% service fee.
Early Departures & Late Arrivals
We do not offer credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Group Reservations
- Bookings of six or more rooms require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Holiday Reservations
Minimum Stay: A minimum 2-night stay is required.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival and is also non-refundable.
Cancellations:
- If you cancel 60+ days before arrival, you will not owe the final 50%.
- If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- Taxes & Fees: All rates are subject to:
- 20% tax (16% VAT + 4% hospitality tax)
- 5% service fee
Late Arrivals / Early Departures: No credits or refunds will be issued.
Late Checkout:
- Must be arranged in advance with the Concierge.
- Cannot be guaranteed.
- Unplanned late checkouts will incur an additional night’s charge at the current rate.
Hotel and Restaurant staff gratuities are welcomed and appreciated.
